Coffin Gulch Homestead is a beautiful and secluded property located on the East Fork of the Williams Fork River in Colorado. This property is perfect for those who want to escape the crowds and enjoy some peaceful fly fishing. They say Routt County has a high-density fish population with a low-density human population, the perfect combo.
Access to the river is fairly easy especially if accessing it from the bridge, the banks are not typically too steep as you move about the property but you may have to skirt around some Thornapple bushes/willows. You have access to both sides of the river. As long as the water is wadeable you can crisscross the river to hit more fishing holes and banks.
Due to livestock and other concerns, dogs and other pets are NOT permitted on this property.
